Cancellation Fees:

Builders, I understand trades can cancel or the rain clouds can show unexpectedly.

Designers, clients will cancel at the drop of a hat without explaining why.

For this reason, I do not charge a cancellation fee.

However, if notice is failed to be provided and I’ve left the house for your shoot, I do require a call-out fee of $150.

Payment/Refunds:

Payments for all packages are to be paid in full before deliverables are released.

Should you wish to discontinue a package, you are entitled to a refund for any incomplete works.

Operating hours throughout the week are dusk till dawn pending notice/availability. Best bet for availability and lighting however, are early AM and later afternoon.

Weekends and public holidays are free game!
